In my view, Frozen 2 is talking about changes in life. The two sisters face changes in their life and how they move on. Anna felt that she lost Elsa in the cave and a minute later she lost Olaf too. This scene by itself without the song is not too moving. However, Anna’s song hits my heart so hard.
It takes a lot of courage for a person to move on after losing a loved one. “How to rise from the floor, when it’s not you I’m rising for”? The song taught us to just take one step a time. Do not look too far ahead. Just take the next breath and take one step per time. It is easier to say than to do, but our life has to move on. Just one step per time.
